I do have Block Pop-Ups enabled, yet it worked for me.

osxpounder- the debug menu in Safari allows the browser to be "seen" as other browsers- i.e., IE 6 for windows- which will allow it to access sites, like some banking sites, that require that you use IE. Select "User Agent" under the debug menu. I have found this extremely handy.

Thanks, Neut. I don't know how to enable the Debug menu, but don't explain--I'm sure it's elsewhere on this site. I saw it discussed, and, for now, I have the luxury of Macs AND PCs, so if I encounter a site that requires IE, or whatever, I can just scoot over the to PC and go there.

Like someone else said, I don't want Safari to go around giving web masters the idea that I'm using IE. If it doesn't work in Safari, I let them know [if it's important to me].
