Get international number details in Address Book
Authored by: Fillman on Feb 24, '04 10:56:45PM

This is quite a neat capability. I didn't know this info was available.
What I would like to see is a script that could flip numbers between international and national format depending on your current country. Last week I travelled between Turkey and Australia and I had to manually "internationalise" australian numbers to call through on my P800. If I keep my address book fully international then the caller ID features don't work. Any chance anyone can write this script? I'm too stressed out in my main job to learn AppleScript as well!

Have you tried ABDialer? It can show your Address Book phone numbers localized to the country you select in preferences. It also dial the phone for you, if you want. Download here: http://www.macronsoft.com/pages/en/abdialer.html
