Yes, but that requires that you boot into Mac OS 9 (which does not work on newer machines).

The HP LaserJet utility works fine in Classic mode on Panther.

Thanks!! This provided the inspiration for finally enabling me to print to a netware-shared printer. The hint's also valid for HP LaserJet 4050 series printers.

I think this hint is valid for any HP printer with a network card.
I also know that you can telnet into an Apple 16/600 as well.

Heck, I'd be surprised if you couldn't telnet into just about any networked printer.
