Use TypeIt4Me osx

Unfortunately t4me changed quite a bit from os9 to osX. I used to use it to store passwords in os9, and it was simply perfection. You could even insert a TAB character, so for most username and PW fields one command would be enough. It also had a nice menu that would drop down where you could select the entry you wish to use. Finally, it used some magick where it didn't simply copy and past the text, but actually fooled the computer into thinking you typed it, which meant that it ALWAYS worked.

The OSX version, unfortunately, does not work nearly as well, at least it didn't when I tried to use it. If I remember right, you could no longer insert TAB characters, the text is simply copied, the menu requires you to go to a submenu etc.

I now use drop drawers for the same task. Another interesting one is AutoID.

The ideal system would be to have the computer ask you for a universal password, and then insert all passwords and logins automatically until you log out. I'm still waiting, and unfortunately, not a programmer.
