Import MIDI files into GarageBand

Let my try to clear up the confusion here. Dent du Midi never converts the MIDI data into an audio waveform. The MIDI data from the original MIDI file is separated into tracks and encapsulated in such a way that GarageBand can import the MIDI data. The reason the files appear as AIFF (.aif) is because that is the only format that GB allows to be dragged and dropped on it. This method has some distinct advantages over the other methods mentioned. I hope this clears things up a bit. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions or issues.
