Take care of your Display Sleep time
Authored by: Anonymous on Nov 19, '01 12:32:12PM
While a display does wear off when it is always on and uses battery life on a laptop, it is probably not wise to reduce the display sleep time to a very short period as suggested.

The Problem is that the display backlight will wear off quite fast when your display turns on and off very frequently. I wish I would have knows earlier, as the maximum brightness of my iBook is a lot less then it used to be.
