Change the next/previous tab shortcuts in Safari and Camino

You dont need the Dev Tools to do this.

Just open up the Keyboard & Mouse system preference panel and go to Keyboard Shortcuts.

Add Safari or Camino, and change it there.

Unfortunately, Keyboard Prefs is Panther only...

Yup, not in Jaguar because changing keyboard prefs via system preferences was introduced in Panther:
