Logout/login to show

You can paste 2 different icons on a hard drive icon before it "vanishes" and you're left with an "invisible" icon (you see only the hard drives name). Logout and then login again and the last pasted icon (the one you didn't see) is properly there. You can prevent this from ever happening by deleting an unwanted icon before you paste a new one into the Show Info window. Pasting icons on folders and files seems to work normally though.

Even more, I've got a lot of icons (500+) residing in a bunch of folders and after having browsed the folders in Column View (thus having the icons previewed) for a while they all lose their true preview, showing a generic "icns" icon instead. This icon indicates that it's a Photoshop file - and when double clicked Photoshop actually launches, trying to open the file...

Clearly there are some bugs in the icon rendering system!
