If using PPP over ethernet, such as with verizon, you might have to manually edit the plist file to add ppp0. it is not an option in the NAT configuration. /etc/nat/natd.plist

The router address that you supply is the ip address closest to the internet. For example if the server is dhcp server is serveing address of 10.0.0.2-10.0.0.253, and the airport is set to manual address is 10.0.0.1, then that is the router address is 10.0.0.1.
