10.3: Create a system install DVD
There is an easier way to do this. Panther's Disk Util has the neat, ever-useful "Restore" function. Its just awesome.
1) Create a new sparse image the size of a standard DVD. Make sure it is writable. 2) Use the Restore function to restore from the CD, to the mounted DVD image. 3) Add the packages from CD2 and CD3 in the manner described in the main article. ---

You may need to convert the image to a CD/DVD Master afterwards for it to boot properly.
The best way to check is to mount the image, open System Preferences to Startup Disk and make sure the image shows up. If it does, burn the image and it will work fine. ---
