Use drag and drop to make Safari's history more usable

Here is an additional hint for dragging in Safari 1.1 and later. I use a Pismo and have remapped the "enter" key (using DoubleCommand) so it ~usually~ behaves as a command key. I've noticed a useful glitch with this configuration but I can't pin down the behavior.

Option/Command+click opens a clicked link in a new window (behind) when tabs are enabled. ~Sometimes~ this behavior changes if I use the remapped Command key. Frequently, instead of opening the link, the url "attaches" to the mouse pointer so you can drag the link after releasing all of buttons and keys buttons. Clicking the mouse/pad again will release the dragged link. Universal Access prefs are at the "default" settings.

This isn't truely repeatable, so I'd appreciate it if someone can pinpoint what is happening.
