10.3: Make shortcuts in the Finder's File menu work again

I've experienced the same glitch and solution, usually when trying to close a window with Command+W. Didn't give it much attention, though, because I have lots of inconsistencies on my Lombard.

10.3: Make shortcuts in the Finder's File menu work again

My normal Finder shortcuts work, also the ones I've implemented myself, as control+alt+command+c for clipboard (I've missed a shortcut for that!) and alt+z for zipping a file. It's only third party apps and the menu line I've experienced a buggy behavior with. No, wait a minute, the first time I put those additional shortcuts in the Finder, I lost them again. Second time they stuck, though. If you have trouble with command+w maybe you should do something about it.
