10.3: Add new buttons to Mail's preference panels

I thought the idea behind OS X is to stop using those ok, cancel, apply buttons and apply all actions when clicking on them. Why would you want those buttons back? You don't need them and this way you'll make the Mail.app work different than the other applications.

Well, for me it's as simple as being able to hit the Return key when I'm done mucking about in Preferences... I'd rather be able to do that than have to hit Cmd-w. Pretty picky, I know, but it's the kind of little detail that makes the entire experience all the more satisfying.
