Samba and email files Windows Server/Exchange 2003

I have a similar company that likes to stay on the bleeding edge. Right now I am working on a test network that has linux, windows xp, mac, and a SBS2003 server running on it. From the linux, widozs xp, and SBS boxes i can see my mac and all its glory. I go into network hood and i can browse to all the computers on the domain. But from my mac, i can't see anyone in finder. I can connect however to the windows xp box, have not tried the linux, but i can not for the life of my authenticate into the sbs box, it totally blocks me from browsing the network, it hates me! Have any of you tried to properly configure the active directory plug in in the Directory Access app?
