Ahh... this explains why when opening a folder nested in another folder I get the last one opened behind and not in front of the previous. (too fast clicking?). But I thought the Finder was not Cocoa yet.

It seems to be very different from user to user. Me, for example - I can't even get them to start up in the FOREGROUND. Major bug, it seems.
