Open Cocoa applications in the background
Authored by: Eukaryote on Nov 03, '03 12:30:10PM
I couldn't get this to work at all in Panther. I did, however, notice that as soon as I opened a cocoa app, (namely iPhoto), the active window would dim, and it would make iPhoto the front app.

However, if right after I click on iPhoto I click on the app I was working with, iPhoto will open in the background.

For those of us whose computers take more than a nanosecond to load iPhoto, (I'm looking at you, dual G-5ers...) then this should work...

Open Cocoa applications in the background

It worked for me but I must say its hard to get it to work consistently especially with a trackpad. Interesting but I'm sure its a "feature" only.
