10.3: Use Exposé in two different modes

Great hint!

I had an Exposé breakthrough yesterday. For a website I maintain I was processing a bunch real estate pictures that I had grabbed from the MLS. To match a photo with an MLS listing I am working on, I have to look at and remember an MLS number (6 digits) and then go to the windows menu in Photoshop, select and then click on the right one, bringing it to the front.

With Exposé, I just looked at the photo on the webpage that I grabbed it from, hit F9, displaying all of the photos that were in Photoshop, visually picked the proper one (much easier than a file name) clicked it, and bang, I am working on it. This hold/hover/release tip will make it even better.

A huge time and sanity saver! This is what increasing utlitiy is all about.

In addition, Exposé is great for checking up on hidden progress bars (installers, etc.) while you work on something else.

Sorry!

Multiple Listing Service- it's the web-based service for listing properties that are for sale in the area. I grab info for my real estate website clients from the public side of the system.
