Font Book is in the Applications folder, right where all the other Apple apps are.

robg is right- Font Book will not replace pro level font management apps, at least in its current incarnation. While I agree that is a good thing, I WOULD like to see Apple develop a PRO version of Font Book (maybe a Font Book Pro?) and sell it for a small fee, like $49.95 or so.
I only say that because out of all the font managers I've tried, both on OS 9 and OS X, it's by far the most intuitive. I really love the way it works, and the overall simplicity of the interface. I only wish it could handle my large collection of Postscript fonts, but it won't even read a big portion of them, which I suspect is either a bug, or just that it's too limited an application.
