To remove a pict you would have placed in the button bar control-click on it and select delete

You can put more than just an url up there twiking with the xml file :

1. Email
You can put the email of a lovely one (mom, wife,dog..) + his picture :
(copy paste the following into the xml file)

<button>
<command>OURL</command>
<url>mailto:steve@apple.com?subject=Ipod is cool but too expensive</url>
<title>Steve</title>
<imageenabled>http://eur.news1.yimg.com/eur.yimg.com/xp/reuters_ids/20011023/i/2886516752.jpg</imageenabled>
</button>

2. Javascript
Here a script to open a pop-up to seach google :

<button>
<command>OURL</command>
<url
javascript:void(qprompt('Enter%20text%20to%20search%20using%20Google.',''));if(q)void(location.href='http://www.google.com/search?client=googlet&q='+escape(q))</url>
<title>Google</title>
<imageenabled>http://www.google.com/images/logo.gif</imageenabled>
</button>

Enjoy!

This IS a very cool tip. Boboeltoto's tip for Google doesn't work for me, though. I think you're missing a closing bracket after the opening URL tag. I tried closing that and it still wouldn't work, though. But, popup aside, having a plain Google link button is good enough for me until they get that google toolbar ported for us!

Jay,

you were right, I forgot the closing bracket. Here the script again. be sure to have it to be on one single line with no space :

<url>javascript:void(q=prompt('Enter%20text%20to%20search%20using%20Google.',''));if(q)void(location.href='http://www.google.com/search?client=googlet&q='+escape(q))</url>

By the way, this script is not mine, but I dont remember where I grab it.
