Navigating the Finder

For me, navigating through the Finder works best with collumn view in combination with a scroll mouse.
Normally, you have to scroll horizontally a lot in collumn view. This is easy with a scrollwheel, just hold the shift button and presto, the window scrolls horizontally instead of the normal vertical scroll.
Ans the best part is: horizontal scrolling works systemwide with a scrollwheelmouse and the shift key.
