Use the hosts file

Or change your hosts file (in /etc/hosts) to block it by adding this line:

0.0.0.0 sitefinder.verisign.com

Because as we know, in order to add that line to your firewall you have to do it manually every time you start up, or create a StartupItem. Then that firewall entry will interfere with Jaguar's firewall functionality in the Sharing panel.

This is a better solution, because it happens instantly. There's no need to wait for a browser timeout.
