Check sound balance if audio quality has dropped
Authored by: desmondfuller on Sep 13, '03 06:22:10PM

I have seen this issue whenever I use the onboard mic of my powerbook G4. If I change the sound prefs on the INPUT tab to LINE IN (instead of internal mic) it never seems to happen again.

I use F4 and F5 a lot for iTunes volume in X2.6 on a Ti1GHz and have never experienced this balance problem. That said, I do have an APE haxie named BetterSound installed which amazingly may be squashing said bug.
