View mpeg2 files without the QuickTime mpeg2 codec

Mplayer has also enabled me to view some AVIs that I would have otherwise had trouble with. I have even written an alias that uses the Developer Tools' "setfile" command-line tool to set the type and creator of a file to MPlayer, so that I can quickly make a downloaded AVI file automatically open up in the future in Mplayer.
