Restore Energy Saver functionality after system update
Authored by: shawny on Jul 29, '03 11:13:24AM

Rob's advice follows what I was once advised to do by an Apple support tech, which at that time did do the trick. This was prior to the screensaver fix, but was in order to correct my PowerBook not going to sleep.

I was interested to find that of the three files in that directory, all were owned by root, but were in different groups: staff, admin and wheel. The PowerManagement.xml file, after being moved out of the way was recreated as a member of group 'staff'. Not sure if it's "correct," but that's my experience.
