Save embedded objects easily in Safari
Doesn't seem to work for movie trailers on the Quicktime site. Any suggestions?

Usually clicking on the triangle in the lower right corner of the movie will let you save the trailers.

I allowed several Quicktime trailers to load fully in their own windows and still could not save them. No "Save As" option appeared in the Quicktime window's right-corner options. When I attempted to save the movie file using Safari's File>Save As option, the title of the file appeared in the field (complete with the .mov extension.) The resultant file was only ~4k; clicking on it opened a window in Quicktime saying Quicktime 5.02 or higher is required to run the movie. I've got 6.3! Were these streaming files? |
