Import multiple CD tracks as one song in iTunes4

Yes this works perfectly on an iPod. I've been doing it for a while with my mix CDs, but I really wish that it would just play individual files seamlessly, even the crossfade playback setting in iTunes (set to 0 seconds) never ever works as described - there is always an audible jump or gap. Also, there are several limitations of this method, including no track names and no easy way of skipping tracks other than scrolling through and guessing where the next track might be :-( Apple, please please sort this out!

I can also verify it works on an ipod, and yes pink floyd was the first application that popped into my head. But I have other CDs where the numbering is basically used as an index and the audio stream is supposed to be unbroken. This will really help, but I agree an apple "proper" fix will work better.

One thing that works almost as well is setting the fade in/out at the end to overlap.
