Transfer email addresses from one mail app to another
Authored by: Chris Haynes on May 21, '03 05:51:33PM

Entourage X was released before Apple's Address Book was created (for 10.2), so it doesn't have Address Book syncing :( The way I have found to sync them is to make your changes, then export the vCards between the two apps, i.e.:

1. Make your changes in Address Book.
2. Export the vCards to the desktop.
3. Drag them into Entourage.

Maybe Microsoft will update Entourage X to add support for Address Book in a later version? All the e-mail addresses in those vCards will be available to Entourage X, so this method works for importing all your Mail.app addresses at least.

You can drag individual emails from Entourage to the desktop and import them into Address Book as well. They show up as vCards on the desktop where you can drag and drop or import into Address Book.

If anyone figures out how to get Addresses from AOL into Address Book, let me know.
