Adding cover art to iTunes4 the easy way
Authored by: seekbus on Apr 29, '03 11:48:44AM

So I found out that itunes stores the album artwork in the music
file. I'm assuming this is the same with the new acc format as it
is with mp3s. I have only personally tested mp3s. Oddly, itunes
recognizes covers added to id3 tags in mp3 rage and audion, but
mp3 rage and audion do not seem to recognize album art added
in itunes. Any additional information gathered would be
appreciated.

On a side note, according to the itunes help files, you can add
multiple images to one song by dragging multiple images at
once into the image well while a song or songs are selected.

Size of the music file will increase determinate on the size of
the image file or files you are adding to the song. A good
estimate seems to be 100k (0.1 MB) or less per song file.
