Display a hidden menu option in CD & DVD prefs panel

So would this ask the user what to do with a CD when they
logged in, regardless of if they put a CD in? Or would it only
run if the user had a CD already inserted when they logged in?

If the former, sounds like it would make a good april fools trick.
If the latter, sounds useful in a multi-user environment.

It's useful mainly in situations where you leave a piece of media
(CD, DVD, etc.) in your drive at logout. For example, if you leave
a music CD in the drive, and have iTunes set to open when a CD is
inserted, iTunes will launch automatically when you login.

A nice "convenience" feature.
