SimpleVideoOut is an excellent app - and it's sample code!

It is essential for anyone that has a formac studio - it turns your
mac into a PVR that records in DV.

It also makes those QT trailers look really good on TV.

I have a Formac Studio and am really excited about this app but
does anybody have any idea why I get such awful framerates
while trying to output a QT (.mov) file? If I convert from .mov
to .dv, the output is perfect and the framerates are what I want
but during the conversion, the file doubles in height.

also get low framerate throu sony cam. same is with movie out.
any ideas how to have clean smooth framerate?
