Using Priority headers in Mail.app
Authored by: cedric on Mar 11, '03 10:50:05AM

Very nice tip to get something similar to what you can find in Mozilla.

However, when installed, I can define a Rule that works well, but the Priority submenu in the Edit menu remains always shaded. No way to use the shortcuts to change colors of emails.

Any clue?

Thanks.

X-Priority vs. Flagging

MailPriority is only designed to give a message *you send* a priority - to let the receiver know whether it is an important message. You can however not mark messages you *receive* with a priority-flag. I know this would be nice, too.

Dave, I used the Edit menu priority... option to set a test message to myself with priority 1 and it showed up in red on my machine. Maybe your powers is more super than you realised!
