Try Keyboard Maestro

If you're looking to do more with hotkeys, might I also suggest Keyboard Maestro? I've been swearing by it for about a year now and there is a free "lite" version with a generous amount of features. (No restrictions on uses per session, either.)

Try DragThing

I've been using DragThing for this purpose for over a year now. And, it works like a charm in my experience. Please note that keyboard shortcuts are only available after you've registered the product.
