There's more to this hint than you think
Authored by: SOX on Feb 11, '03 11:32:57AM

This hint actually is more subtle than you think.

first when you open a link by dragging either to a new window or out-of-and-back-into the same window when it opens the snapback is activated.

when you just click on a link snapback is not set. thus this is cute way to use a mouse motion to activate snapback.

second, and I think that this is what the original post was trying to point out. you can shed the frame on the window without opening a new window. just drag the link-out-of-and-backinto the same window to remove the surrounding frame.
