there's absolutely no way of hooking it to another display unless you take the back cover out, and rev. a-d iMacs have suffered no display problems other than screen ersize and tilt (some 5mm from display borders, tilted some 5° counterclockwise) and there apparently is no fix for this. I've tried zapping pram, booting to OS 9 and adjusting there, booting with MacTestPro and using Apple's DAU (Display Adjustment Utility) to no avail, next reboot, first screen is ok, then it resizes and tilts again... |
