Cant get this to work
I cant seem to get sendmail to work on my machine. I set it up like it says in the link. The only difference is that my machine does not have a name, so in the hostname part I put my IP number. Now when I run the tail command in one window and try to use sendmail I get this error:
Just do this!
I have encountered this problem with every default of OS X I have ever had. You can simply make the root and /etc/mail directories not group-writable by typing the following:
chmod g-w / chmod g-w /etc/mailTa-da, its that easy |
