I prefer my way...

I did try this and it was very handy and solved a problem I have with a classic app that mounts volumes on the classic desktop that are not visible in the OS X finder.

However, I found that although I could mount the volumes and then open them, I couldn't copy them to another classic window or to an os X finder window. Attempts to copy to an OS X finder window simply results in nothing happening - ie - drag a file and folder and then drop but no copy occurs.

From one classic finder window to another I get an access denied error as if I didn't have access to write in the destination directory which I of course do.

Any ideas on how to debug this? Would be really nice to be able to copy in this manner.
