Great, I've been waiting for this since the intro of X! Just downloaded the file for my 1220, which resembles the 650 internally and uses the same driver. Works great! Thanks!

Note that Canon USA has slated this file for appearance on the 15th of December.

Cannot get OmniPage Pro X to see the "plug-in"
Authored by: rtstrong on Dec 10, '02 02:38:00PM

I have downloaded the "driver" CanonPI_CSU_v3.8.0X.sit, but I cannot get OmniPage Pro X to recognize the "plug-in". Did you get it to work with your N1220U? What applications are you using in Mac OS X (10.2.2)?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I bought OmniPage Pro X and have not been able to use it because it cannot see the Canon N1220U scanner.
