Force spring-load folder when auto spring load is disabled.

To everybody who thinks this is a dud tip... You're wrong. It's a great tip that I'm surprised nobody's spotted until now.

What he's saying is that even when you deactivate spring-loaded folders in Finder preferences, you can still tap the spacebar twice when hovering an item over a folder to make it spring-load.

This is pretty cool and it works in Mavericks. It'll be interesting to know if it works in older releases of OS X.
