Tell Siri who's who: "Jason Snell is my boss"

I find that it doesn't work if the individual is not the primary contact but the company is. If you have the company as primary, even with the individual as the name under the company, Siri can't seem to find the contact to establish the relationship.

Yeah, I've noticed that too, and it affects not only asking Siri to text/call them, but also when telling Siri when to remind you about something, like "Remind me to pick up the rental when I arrive at 'ABC Hardware'" or whatever. 'ABC Hardware' is a business in my contacts. Siri will even say, "I can't find 'ABC Hardware listed in your contacts"! WTF?! It's right there! I guess perhaps if I don't list it in my contacts as a business, then it would work...?
