Adjust All My Files criteria from the Finder

I have two different disks in my iMac and as far as I can tell, "All My Files" only shows what's on the boot drive. So I did what this hint recommends and included both drives in the search. Then I took it a step further. If you want to replace the standard "All My Files" with your new search parameters, you can try this workaround:

- Right-click on "All My Files" in the sidebar and choose "Open Enclosing Folder"
- Get Info on that file and copy the icon
- Right-click on the Saved Search that you created with different parameters and choose "Open Enclosing Folder"
- Get Info on that file and paste the icon
- Drag the file over to your sidebar and place it where you want
- To avoid confusion, in Finder Preferences turn off "All My Files"

Now I have the familiar "All My Files" icon in the sidebar, but it shows me search results with the parameters I want instead of the Apple default.
