Add info after phone numbers in Contacts

In the old days (I started with a 300 baud modem) the comma was a 2 second delay unless you set it to something different in the s8 register, ex. ATS8=2. You could try setting it before a number to see what happens (I don't have an iPhone or I'd try it). Using multiple commas added delays… ex. ,, was 4 sec and ,,,, would be 8. Another one that might work would be putting a W in the number. That's for "Wait for a Subsequent Dial Tone". So 123-456-7890W123,45,,,5 should dial the number, wait for another dial tone, dial 123, pause 2 sec, dial 45, pause 6 sec then dial 5.

What happens if you put "ATDP " before a number… does it dial in pulse mode? I wish the iPod Touch would play the DTMF tones through the speaker if a tapped on a number in the address book…

I notice that putting x in front of a number in the Mac address book seems to work. If I type 4561237890x45 it changes it to (456) 123-7890 x45.
