Use semicolon for 'waits' not comma
Authored by: Unsoluble on Mar 01, '13 11:27:09AM
Yes, comma ("pause" in the iOS keypad entry thing) only works if the extension (or menu choice) can be entered automatically after a preset delay. Using a semicolon ("wait") will actually present a button on screen (example here) for you to press when needed.

I'm not sure about the messed-up-caller-ID thing, though, as all my contacts with pauses or waits display just fine.

[Edit: Oh, I guess on incoming calls from that number? I suppose that the extension info would cause it to not match in that case; I've never received a call from a number with extensions. :) ]
