Print large Numbers tables on one page

Why not use "Content Scale" slider in Numbers to make everything fit on a page the way you would like.

Under view select "Show Print View" or click on the little page icon at the bottom left of the table view.
Choose your page orientation (the the two icons next to the print view icon".
Slide the "Content Scale" slider to the left (the slider to the right of the orientation icons).

Boom. You are done.

Looks like neither the submitter nor the editor were aware of this. In any case, interesting that Preview handles pasted tables just like that.

Actually, it has less to do with how Preview handles it than it has to do with what Numbers puts on the clipboard when a table is copied (apparently, a PDF representation of the table in addition to the table data).

Thanks redfood! As unforeseen:X11 surmised, I did not know that. :)

Sometimes I need to print just part of a table for records, and for completing where a computer is impractical. One still-useful feature of the Preview way is the ability to select part of the pasted table, hit ⌘C then ⌘N, and print the selection at a better resolution than if I just screen-grabbed it from Numbers.

But if there's a Numbers way, I'd be mighty glad. :D
