Use QuickSilver to open multiple items at once
Authored by: 5chm31din6 on Jan 22, '13 09:54:09AM
I'm late to the game and just stumbled on to this. Here's a way to make it more powerful:
  1. Invoke Quicksilver then Cmd+, to view the Preferences
  2. Click Triggers and add a new HotKey
  3. Do the same search inside a folder as mentioned in the original Hint
    • Tip: I created a special folder and dragged aliases for the apps I wanted to launch
  4. Assign a keystroke to your new Trigger
  5. ???
  6. Profit!
Voila! Now you can launch a suite of apps at once. Very handy if you use one set of apps for one purpose, and a different set of apps for another purpose!
Power corrupts. PowerPoint corrupts absolutely.
