Kirk - You can just type 6pm Apple Meeting in BusyCal 2.0 Quick Menu from menu bar and it will add event at 6pm ;-). Still wish you could do this in main calendar view.

Good to know. I don't use the menu bar icon, but I'll try it out.

Also you can type...in Quick Add
21st Dec 9am-11am Meeting and it will add an event with times to calendar on correct date
