I meant on Lion Macs that don't have it. Like the ones without Multitouch.

I think that if you use the scroll ball on an Apple Mouse (nee: Mighty Mouse) to scroll to the end, the page will bounce. But if you use the scroll bars, even with a touchpad, it won't bounce.

What about another mouse? My generic USB mouse only bounces when used with my MacBook Pro with a multitouch trackpad, but it doesn't bounce on my Desktop.
