New poll: Does your main Mac have an SSD?

Many users will benefit from an SSD. To determine if you would benefit from an SSD, answer this simple question...

Do you mostly use your Mac for reading email, surfing the web, and writing Word/Pages documents?

If you answered YES, you probably DON'T need an SSD. Anyone else may benefit.

For example, as a developer, I find that using an SSD reduces my compile times (a very disk-intensive task) by quite a bit. Since I do that at lot every day, it means an SSD is a big productivity boost for me.

By contrast, my mom, who spends her computer time writing emails, chatting with relatives with iChat, and surfing the web, probably would not notice a difference at all with an SSD.
