Bluetooth Menulet -- Create Diagnostics Report
Authored by: Accident on Feb 15, '12 01:41:27AM

I'm sorry this didn't work for you.
I have only tested in on 10.6.8 basic installation - no Xcode etc., and on all versions of 10.7 - with and without Xcode.

I'm not sure when this option appeared, but it didn't seem to be on 10.5 on my PowerBook (with built-in Bluetooth).

I tested again today on a clean installation of 10.6.8 on a MacBook Pro mid-2009 and the option is there as long as I option-click (alt-click in many countries) the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar.

I can't think why this might appear on some installations and not others. I originally left this hint as I couldn't find any other mention of it online and it seemed to be useful in some cases - particularly for those of us who have to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Macs for a living or with any regularity.

I hope it works for some people other than Craig (crarko).
