In Windows Explorer, a Shift-Right-Click on a folder should give you the extended option to "Open Command Window here". Saves you a lot of cd typing.

Alternately, you can type "cd ", then go to the explorer path in the toolbar, click on it, select all, copy, and then go to the command window draw bar, right-click to get the Edit window, and paste the path. Then hit return.

What the heck is a "command window draw bar"? Been a while since I have used windows regularly but I don't remember that term.
