Fix a Finder glitch when updating apps by drag and drop

I've been on 10.6.8 ever since it's been out, but this bug has started to happen only recently. Not a clue why. I also get more "file is in use" errors than I used to when trying to do a replacement. When it happens, I usually trash the old app and move the new version where it used to be.

Try my hint. Not only does it let you do what you want right away, it keeps the problem from returning for a while (I can't say how long, exactly, but I don't remember doing it more than once during a session).
